M. Latha has been awarded Ph.D in Electrical & Electronics Engineering Sciences by the Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belagavi, for her thesis ‘Assessment and Improving Intelligibility of Dysarthric Speech in Kannada Language’ submitted under the guidance Dr. M. Shivakumar.
