Mysuru: G.N. Kempegowda has been awarded Ph.D in Economics by the UoM for his thesis ‘A Study  on Financial Inclusion in Karnataka: With Special Reference to Mandya District,’ submitted under the guidance of Dr. Navitha Thimmaiah.

S. Thulasiram has been awarded Ph.D in Economics by the UoM for his thesis ‘Energy Security and Sustainable Development in Karnataka,’  submitted under the guidance of Dr. Navitha Thimmaiah.

R. Sukanya has been awarded Ph.D in Commerce by the UoM for her thesis ‘Behavioral Biases in Investment Decision Making Process — A Study of Retail Individual Investors in Karnataka,’ submitted under the guidance of Dr. R. Thimmarayappa.

H.D. Supreetha Gowda has been awarded Ph.D in Computer Science by the UoM for her thesis ‘Robust Multimodal Biometric Recognition and Verification Systems for Person Authentication,’ submitted under the guidance of Dr. G. Hemantha Kumar. 

K.S. Raghunandan has been awarded Ph.D in Computer Science by the UoM for his thesis ‘Multi-oriented-Type Text Detection and Recognition in Multi-Lingual Environment,’ submitted under the guidance of Dr. G. Hemantha Kumar.

H.G. Nandeesha has been awarded Ph.D in Commerce by the UoM for his thesis ‘Customer Relationship Management Practices in Commercial Banks in Rural Karnataka,’ submitted under the guidance of Dr. S. Venkatesh.

Sridevi Krishna has been awarded Ph.D in Law by the UoM for her thesis ‘Contemporary Challenges in Air Law — A Study with Reference to India,’ submitted under the guidance of Dr. T. R. Maruthi.

Tumkur University has awarded Ph.D in Economics to P. Kiran Kumar for his thesis ‘Rural Housing Programmes and Human Development in Karnataka With Special Reference to Mandya District,’ submitted under the guidance of Prof.B. Ravindra Kumar.
