R. Rachappaji has been awarded Ph.D in Folklore Studies by the Kannada University, Hampi, for his thesis ‘Social and Cultural Compilation of Kongalli Village’ [Guide: Dr. K.C. Suresh]

N. Sowmyashree has been awarded Ph.D in Electrical and Electronics Engineering by the JSS Science and Technology University, Mysuru, for her thesis ‘Analysis and Mitigation of Voltage Sag and Swell in a Solar Energy Integrated Distribution System’ [Guides: Dr. M.S. Shashikala and Prof. K.T. Veeramanju]
