Mysuru: Y. Sonika, a  student of Farooqia College of Pharmacy in city has secured 1st rank by scoring 855 marks in the Annual 2nd D.Pharm Exams in Karnataka conducted by the Drugs Control Department, Board of Examining Authority, Bengaluru. A total of 5,057 students appeared for 2nd D.Pharm exams in Karnataka.

Many students of Farooqia Pharmacy College secured distinction in the Final D.Pharm, according to a press release from Dr. M.D. Salahuddin, Principal.
