Mysuru:  City artist, M.R. Manohar, who participated in the 28th annual All India Art Exhibition-2018, organised by Konaseema Chitra Kala Partishad at Amalapuram in Andhra Pradesh, has bagged the Picaso Award for his painting on the theme ‘Corruption.’
