WINTER’S SPECIAL BOUNTY: This is winter season and many trees in the city dress up in new garb. One of the first ornamental tree to do this is called ‘Pink Lapacho’ inside the Oval Grounds opposite Crawford Hall with the botanical name Handroanthus impetiginousus (earlier called Tabebuia impetiginosa).
