Plea for action against illegal signboards on vehicles

December 2, 2017

Mysuru: The Mysuru City Police should immediately take action against those vehicles sporting illegal signboards, urged BJP Slum Morcha State General Secretary Kautilya R. Raghu.

In a statement, he has pointed out that there are a number of vehicles in the city plying with signboards in the names of a few organisations and political parties. This is creating confusion in the minds of the people and it is being misused. It is also in clear violation of the Motor Vehicles Act.

“The Bengaluru Police have started action in this direction and I urge the Mysuru Police Commissioner also to see that the misuse of illegal signboards is stopped,” he has stated.
