Plea to clear garbage dumped in Siddique Nagar

November 25, 2017

Garbage which is being dumped regularly next to House No. 14 on the 10th cross in Siddique Nagar in MCC Ward No. 85 is not cleared since many days and is causing a lot of problems to the residents of the house who are bearing the stench emanating from the garbage and also mosquito menace resulting in elder citizens of the house infected with dengue. One of our ‘SOM’ readers, who has sent this picture said that when he tried to prevent people from throwing garbage behind his house, they indulged in fight with him and dumped the garbage which is continuing till date.  Even complaining to the Area Corporator has yielded no results. Authorities concerned are urged to take steps to clear the garbage at the earliest and also prevent people from throwing garbage and even penalise them if necessary.
