Rain water is not flowing freely in the storm water drains due to blockages. As a result it is overflowing onto the road near 12th Cross, AJ Block in NR Mohalla and the stagnant water is emanating unbearable stench. Will the authorities concerned take steps and find a permanent solution to the problem?
