Plea to provide Pass Book Entry System at Syndicate Bank

August 21, 2017

Mysuru: The Account holders of Syndicate Bank, Bannimantap, have urged the higher authorities of the Bank to provide Pass Book Entry System at the Bank as the machine has been defunct since several days.

The customers said that whenever they visit the Bank to get their pass books entered, they are welcomed with the sign ‘Entry of Pass Book is out of order’ or ‘System not working,’ which is causing a lot of inconvenience to them. Whenever a customer asks the Bank officials about the delay in rectifying the machine, the customer alleged that the Bank officials rudely tell them to go to other branches.

The customers have requested the higher authorities of Syndicate Bank to solve the issue at the earliest and provide good service to its customers.
