A box drain in Kalyangirinagar 4th Cross is filled with weeds and garbage which is hindering the flow of sewage water. This has resulted in water getting stagnant in the drain and foul smell emanating from it besides increase in mosquitoes in the surroundings. Authorities concerned are urged to take steps to get the drain cleaned at the earliest.
