Garbage which is dumped in front of the nameboard of Nandini Layout on T. Narasipur Main Road is not cleared since many days and is now emanating foul smell due to rain. Despite there being a board instructing the public not to dump wastes and garbage, the public continue to do so. Authorities concerned are urged to get the garbage cleared at the earliest and penalise those found dumping garbage.
