Mysuru:  The District Administration is all geared up for grand Kannada Rajyotsava celebrations on Nov. 1, said Additional DC B.R. Poornima, here  on Tuesday.

The celebrations will also witness a parade by Police personnel followed by a Flag Salute by Police Band.

Later, a procession will be taken out in which various cultural troupes, students and six tableaux belonging to Mysuru ZP, KSRTC Employees Association, Revenue Department, BEML Kannada Sangha, Pro-Kannada Organisations and Mahila Sanghas will take part.

The procession will pass through K.R. Circle, Sayyaji Rao Road and Ashoka Road before culminating at the Mysore Palace North Gate.

Felicitation to students
