Mysuru: Mysuru-Kodagu MP Pratap Simha inaugurated the Pradhan Mantri Jan Aushadhi Kendra (Generic Medicine Centre) at J.P. Nagar here on Sunday.

Speaking on the occasion, he said that a number pro-people welfare programmes had been launched ever since Narendra Modi took oath as the Prime Minister and one among those programmes is promoting Jan Aushadhi Kendras. These Kendras are being opened throughout the country to help people get medicines at affordable rates and those willing to open such centres can contact our office, said the MP.

Former Minister S.A. Ramdas, former Mayor B.L. Bhyrappa, City BJP President Dr. B.H. Manjunath and others were present.
