Pourakarmikas stage demo against burning of Constitution book copy

Mysuru: Hundreds of Pourakarmikas, condemning the burning of a copy of the Constitution by miscreants in New Delhi recently, staged a demonstration in front of the Town Hall this morning.

The Pourakarmikas, under the banner of Karnataka State City Corporations, CMCs and TMCs’ Pourakarmika Mahasangha, demanded the arrest of the culprits and urged the Government to ensure that such incidents do not occur in future.

Former Mayor and Mahasangha President Narayana and others took part in the protest.
