Prasanna Kumar (57), a resident of Belagola village in the taluk, passed away following a heart attack at his residence on Wednesday.

He leaves behind his wife, two daughters, brothers and a host of relatives and friends. Last rites were held at his farm land in Belagola village, according to family sources
