Mysuru: A pregnant woman depressed over her husband suspecting her, allegedly committed suicide by hanging self at the house in Srirampura here on Mar. 14 night.

The woman, who was six months pregnant has been identified as Nagalambika, wife of Mahesh and working as a teacher at a school.

Nagalambika had married Mahesh about eight years ago and the couple has a two-year-old son.

Police said that Mahesh was suspecting his wife which used to result in frequent fights between them.  Depressed over this, Nagalambika committed suicide by hanging self.

Ashokapuram Police, who have registered a case in this regard, are investigating.
