‘Pride of India’ award for Sea Shell artist

Mysore/Mysuru: City based Sea Shell artist Dr. Radha Mallappa, who had entered the Guinness Book of World Records for making Exquisite artworks using Sea Shells, has bagged the coveted ‘Pride of India’ award given by International Achievers Council.

The award presentation ceremony will be held at Daksha College in city on Mar. 18, during which P. Jayachandra Raju’s work ‘India and United Nations’ will be released. Former Lokayukta Justice (retd.) Santosh Hegde, former Minister PGR Sindhia and former MLC D.S. Veeraiah will take part.
