Prof. M. Varadaraju (62), a resident of Ramakrishnanagar, passed away at a private hospital in city early this morning, following heart attack. He leaves behind his wife, a daughter, a son, daughter-in-law and a host of relatives and friends. Varadaraju had served as a Kannada Professor at various Government Colleges and had also written books on history. Last rites were performed at the foot of Chamundi Hill this afternoon.
