Prof. Rangaraju re-appointed to Heritage Expert Panel

Mysuru: Retired Professor of the Department of Ancient History and Archaeology, University of Mysore, Prof. N.S. Rangaraju, has been re-appointed for another term as a Member of the Expert Committee for Development and Protection of Mysore Heritage Region by the Karnataka Government. He will serve the committee till Mar. 31, 2022.

Other members of the Expert Committee are; Maj. Gen. (Retd.) Dr. S.G. Vombatkere, Industrialist R. Guru, Planning Expert H.D. Nagesh, former CAVA Dean V.A. Deshpande, Structural Engineer N.R. Ashok and others.

Meanwhile, the Telangana Government has nominated Prof. N.S. Rangaraju as Technical Committee Member to guide the exploration and excavation taken up by the Director of Archaeology and Museums of Telangana State.
