Prohibitory orders around KPSC exam centres in city

The Karnataka Public Service Commission (KPSC), Bengaluru will be conducting written exam for selection of Assistants and First Division Assistants (FDAs), to be appointed in various Government Departments on Feb. 28. In Mysuru city, the exam will be held in 49 centres.

In view of the above, Mysuru City Police Commissioner Dr. Chandragupta has issued prohibitory orders under Section 144 CrPC in the radius of 200 metres surrounding the 49 exam centres in city on Feb. 28 from 6 am to 6 pm.

Barring the candidates and exam staff, movement of unauthorised persons in the radius of exam centres is not allowed and no objectionable materials should be transported. Also, all photocopy shops in the vicinity of the exam centres have been asked to shut down during exam hours on the above date.
