Mysore/Mysuru: Renowned Sarod Maestro and Padma Shri Pt. Rajeev Taranath has been admitted to Manipal Hospital in city. According to the Hospital sources, he underwent a left hip replacement surgery following a fracture. “Post operatively he is stable and recovering gradually”, said the release from the hospital.

Sources also added that Pt. Rajeev Taranath would continue to be treated at the hospital for the next 4-5 days.
