PU student ends life fearing exam

Mysore/Mysuru:  A second PU student has ended his life by hanging self, allegedly out of fear of facing exams, at his Sharadadevi Nagar residence in city on Wednesday night. 

Amit, son of ex-serviceman Vrishabendra and a student of Marimallapa’s PU College, is the one who has allegedly committed suicide fearing exam which was scheduled to begin in March. Preparatory exams were going on at the College now.

It is learnt that Amit took the extreme step when other family members were away from home attending a family function, according to the statement given by his parents at Saraswathipuram Police Station.
