Pub assault case: CCB likely to file charge sheet by month end

Bengaluru: The CCB is likely to file charge sheet by this month end regarding the assault case by Mohammed Nalapad on Vidvat which had occurred at a cafe in UB city on Feb. 17.

The CCB officials are said to have partially completed the interrogations and seeking suggestions of senior officers and legal experts.

The CCB officials have collected statements of over 100 people covering friends of the victim, the accused and doctors and staff of Mallya Hospital who treated Vidvat. The CCTV footage will be submitted along with the charge sheet, according to sources.
