Public Libraries to be open on Aug. 31

Marking the birth anniversary of Padma Shri Dr. S.R. Ranganathan, the ‘Father of Library Science in India,’ all the branch and service libraries across city will be open for public services on Aug. 31 (Monday), though it is a weekly holiday for Libraries.
