Mysore/Mysuru: Veteran actress Bharati Vishnuvardhan, wife of late actor Sahasa Simha Dr. Vishnuvardhan and her family members will be participating in the puja at Dr. Vishnuvardhan Memorial, Marase village near Udbur Gate on Manandavadi Road (Mysuru- H.D. Kote Road) tomorrow (Sept. 18) at 10 am.

According to Mysuru Ratna Dr. Vishnuvardhan Smaraka Abhimanigala Okkuta, Bharati’s daughter Keerti Anirudh and son-in-law and actor Anirudh Jatkar will be taking part.

MP Yaduveer Wadiyar, MLAs G.T. Devegowda, T.S. Srivatsa and K. Harishgowda, former MLA M.K. Somashekar and others will be the chief guests.

As part of the programme, Okkuta has arranged lunch on banana leaves, where Obbattu will be served to 500 people at 11 am. It will be followed by rendition of songs from Vishnuvardhan’s films, by Vishnu Group.

Okkuta Hon. President T.V. Suresh, Hon. President and former Corporator M.D. Parthasarthi (Pathi), President Siddappa, Vice-President Santosh Panipuri and Treasurer S.R. Raju will be present.
