When the city is facing acute scarcity of water these days, a tank full of drinking water was wasted for washing the  Valmiki Road for the Jathra Mahotsava at Vontikoppal in city. The precious water, which is supposed to be saved by the concerned authorities for the public was being wasted by the tanker. Whom to be blamed for this waste?
