Raghulal MRC Anniversary Cup for ‘Prevalent Force’

Ralie Ganapathy, Executive Director, Academy Newspapers Private Limited (Star of Mysore and Mysuru Mithra), presenting ‘The Raghulal Mysore Race Club (MRC) Anniversary Cup’ to Darius Byramji, trainer of Prevalent Force, which won the event on the 15th day of Mysore Races-2019 held at Mysore Race Course yesterday.

The winning horse, owned by Rienzie M.K. Edwards and P.P.M. Edwards, was ridden by Jockey S. Zervan. Others seen are Star of Mysore and Mysuru Mithra Editor-in-Chief K.B. Ganapathy, MRC Chairman Dr. N. Nithyanand Rao, Stewards and Committee Members.

Chaduranga Kantharaj Urs, former Chairman and senior steward of MRC, presenting ‘The Gayatri Devi Memorial Trophy’ to S. Narredu, deputised for Rajesh Narredu, owner and trainer of Super Smart, which won the event at the Mysore Races yesterday. The winning horse was ridden by Jockey P.P. Dhebe. Picture right shows B.G. Muthappa and B.G. Mittoo Chengappa presenting ‘The Bottolanda Trophy Div.I’ to P.M. Nanaiah, one of the owners of Kir Royale (Co-owner: Neetu Kamath), which won the event at MRC yesterday. The winning horse, trained by M. Pratap Kamath, was ridden by Jockey Arshad Alam.
Anitha Shanmugam presenting ‘The Sharan Lakshmanan Memorial Trophy Div.I’ to Suresh Adiseshan, Racing Manager of Laksh Bhatia, owner of Speedster which won the event at the Mysore Races yesterday. The winning horse, trained by Warren Singh, was ridden by Jockey Shamaz Shareef.
