Ramanagaram:  Former Prime Minister H.D. Deve Gowda, making light of Congress President Rahul Gandhi, said that he (Rahul) does not have full political understanding. He talks looking at the chits sent by someone else.

He was speaking at the Kumara Parva convention on Mar.25 and said that Congress leaders were in a state of panic as they saw that defeat staring them in the face and hence making all kinds of allegations.

Before Rahul Gandhi makes allegations against JD(S) first let him first introspect in what condition his party is in the country.

“There is no question of JD(S) at any time joining hands with BJP. The party workers will work hard to save the party and be responsible for its growth,” said Deve Gowda making his stand clear on tie-up with BJP.
