As part of Kannada Rajyotsava celebration on Nov. 24, the Vijayanagar 2nd Stage residents Welfare Association  has organised various contests for women and children at Vidyaranya Park, near Hampi Circle in Vijayanagar 2nd stage at 9.30 am on Nov. 18. There will be Bhavageethe and Janapada Geethe contests for women and children, which is to be held under three categories — 8 to 12 years, 12 to 18 years and above 18 years.
