May 10, 2017

Mandya: Actor and former MP, Ramya, who has rejected speculations and asserted to be with Congress, has been given the charge of Congress social media campaign.

AICC’s social media team is actually run by tech-savvy young leaders of the party.

Congress, after it’s debacle in 2014 election to Lok Sabha, has been active on social media to spread messages and monitor the working of various Government Department along with passing constructive criticism.

To cite a few, it included topics like the problem of farmers and their demand for loan waives.

According to sources, Ramya is said to have been already involved in rolling out tweets from twitter arm of Rahul Gandhi, Congress  Vice-President.

With Ramya replacing Deepender Hooda, who may get an alternative responsibility of the social media team under the veins of Ramya, is expected to make a good impact among the discerning tribe across the globe.
