Rashtriya Lok Adalat held at 12 Court Halls in city

Mysuru – As per directions from the National Law Services Authority and Karnataka State Legal Services Authority, the District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), Mysuru, held a Rashtriya Lok Adalat at the City Court Halls here today.

The Adalat was held in 12 Court Halls — eight in the city Courts Complex and four in ADR Centre, Malalavadi, Jayanagar. The Adalat is aimed at settling compoundable criminal cases and all kinds of civil cases (pending and pre-litigation). The Judicial Conciliators will prepare the award in settled cases.

Principal District and Sessions Judge P.G.M. Patil, who is also DLSA Chairman and Judge C.G. Mohammad Muzeerulla, who is also the DLSA Member-Secretary, went around the Court Halls.
