To mark 50 years of the Draconian Emergency, the re-launch of the reprinted book ‘Bhugilu,’ which contains an interesting true story of the fight against the Emergency, has been organised at BSS Vidyodaya School in Krishnamurthypuram, Mysuru, tomorrow at 6 pm. Retired Vice-Chancellor of Raichur University, Prof. Harish Ramaswamy, will be releasing the book.
