Mysore/Mysuru: T.V. Chitra and Subhash Pyati, both working as resource persons for JSS Sahana Special and Integrated School for the Disabled Children, Saraswathipuram, Mysuru have been honoured with Special Teachers Award 2020, instituted by Department for the Empowerment of Differently Abled and Senior Citizens.

Minister for Empowerment of Differently Abled and Senior Citizens Shashikala Annasaheb Jolle presented the prestigious award to T.V. Chitra and Subhash Pyati at the awards ceremony held at Ravindra Kalakshetra, Bengaluru on Feb. 11. Deputy Chief Minister Dr.  C.N. Ashwathnarayan, Revenue Minister R. Ashok, District Minister S.T. Somashekar and JSS Sahana School teachers were present.
