Mysuru: The NSS-Empanelled Training Institute (NSS-ETI) for Karnataka, University of Mysore, has organised  the 4th  batch of Training for NSS Programme Officers of different Universities and Directorates of Karnataka at the National Centre for History of Science (NCHS) building in Manasagangothri here.

Prof.S.N. Hegde, former Vice- Chancellor, University of Mysore, who inaugurated the programme on July 2, urged all the NSS functionaries to rediscover, reorient and reinvent NSS programme through  reducing  the physical strain and increase the intellectual activities.

Dr. B. Chandrashekara, Co-ordinator, NSS-ETI, welcomed. A.N.Pujar, Regional Director, NSS Regional Centre, Bengaluru and Prof.G. B. Shivaraju, President, Gandhi Smaraka Nidhi, Bengaluru, were present.
