This letter is a humble request for the reduction of Indigo flight ticket prices from Mysuru to Hyderabad. Presently, two flights on this route fly almost full.

When compared to Indigo flight charges from Bengaluru to Hyderabad, the travel from Mysuru costs three times more. This is indeed unreasonable, even for upper-middle-class commuters.

For the Mysuru-Chennai route, there are very good fast trains available, including the Vande Bharat Express. Whereas there is no other fast train coming to Mysuru.

To extend the Hyderabad-Bengaluru Vande Bharat train to Mysuru, they have their own reasons for not doing it!

My suggestion is that at least the flight prices should be affordable for the travellers.

I request our MP Yaduveer Wadiyar, who has already done a lot of good things for our city, to take up these issues also with the authorities concerned.
