Chennai: R.W.Bro. T.N. Manoharan (69), a Padma Shri awardee and Regional Grand Master of the Masonic Grand Lodge of India, passed away in Mumbai yesterday.

He had also served as the National President of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Chairman of Canara Bank.

He leaves behind his wife, two daughters and a host of relatives and friends.

Last rites were performed in Chennai this afternoon, according to sources.
