Registration for Museum on Wheels

The Department of Archaeology, Heritage and Museums, District Administration and the Tourism Department will be organising a unique programme ‘Museum on Wheels’ as part of World Museum Day on May 18.  Those interested to participate (between the age group of 18 and 35 years) can register their names before May 17 at the office of the Assistant Director, Department of Archaeology, Heritage and Museums, Mysuru. The tour, which begins from the department premises at 9 am, will visit Wellington House,  Archaeology, Heritage and Museums Dept. at exhibition grounds,  Wax Museum, Sand Museum, Folklore Museum, R.K. Narayan Museum and Railway Museum before culminating at Wellington House.
