There are many glitches in renewal of DL online and particularly the appointment slots are not available to the public except the agents.  It is more than three months after I did  submit the application with a self-addressed stamped envelope,  for renewal of my DL which lapsed on Aug. 21 but till date the DL was not received by me.

I  made two visits to the RTO Office but I was told that the DL given on that date is not yet ready. If there is so much of delay in issuing licences, one cannot go out of city without a valid DL.  Will the authorities look into the matter and see that DL is issued within a reasonable time?
