Retired Maharaja’s PU College Principal Siddappa passes away

Mysuru: T.R. Siddappa (74), retired Principal of Maharaja’s PU College and a resident of Anikethana Road 4th Cross in Kuvempunagar, passed away on Wednesday (May 14) in city.

He leaves behind his wife Gowramma, one son, one daughter and a host of relatives and friends.

Siddappa, who had served as a Kannada lecturer at various PU Colleges in Mysuru and Chamarajanagar districts was fondly called as TRS. He later served as the Principal of Maharaja’s PU College in city before retiring from service.

The body will be donated to JSS Medical College and Hospital after performing the last rites in the presence of Kuderu Mutt pontiff today, according to family sources.
