Retired PKTB&CD Hospital Medical Superintendent passes away

Mysore/Mysuru: Dr. M. Sadadev (79), retired PKTB&CD Hospital Medical Superintendent, passed away following a  heart attack at his residence in Gokulam yesterday. He had also served as a Professor before retiring from service.

He leaves behind two daughters, a brother and a host of relatives and friends.

Last rites were held at the Veerasaiva-Lingayat Burial Grounds at Vidyaranyapuram this afternoon, according to family sources.

Dr. Sadadev had treated Tuberculosis (TB) patients for over 50 years and after retiring from service he had served at K.S. Hegde Medical Academy in Mangaluru. He used to visit Bylakuppe, Gurupura Tibetan Colony every  week and treat patients for which he was felicitated by the Dalai Lama.
