‘Ride for Rotary’ rally to arrive in city on Jan. 23

The ‘Ride for Rotary’ rally that was launched from Mahabalipuram in Tamil Nadu to create awareness on soil and water conservation will arrive in city on Jan. 23 (Monday).

Announcing this at a press meet here on Friday, Rotary Mysore North President Dr. Jagadish said that Rotary International had organised this vehicle rally from Mahabalipuram, in which about 40 Rotary members from different countries have taken part. The rally will be received in the city on the morning of Jan. 23, he said adding that upon arrival, the rallyists will visit St. Philomena’s Church and Mysore Palace.

Rotary North office-bearers H.R. Keshav, K. Manjunath, S. Balachandra and Rajashekar Kadamba were present at the press meet.
