Road mishap victim succumbs to injuries

Mysuru: An accident victim who was being treated at a city hospital for serious head injuries sustained in a road accident on Nov.7, breathed his last early this morning.

The deceased has been identified as Swamy Nayaka (50) of Kadakola in the taluk.

Swamy Nayaka, a Co-operative Society Vice-President, sustained serious injuries  when the scooter he was riding, collided with another two-wheeler at Thandavapura on Mysuru-Nanjangud road on Nov.7.

He was rushed to JSS hospital in the city, where he succumbed in the early hours of today.

The Mysuru South Police have registered a case in this regard.
