Road safety awareness for KSRTC drivers

A road safety awareness programme was held for KSRTC drivers and conductors at the KSRTC Depot premises in Bannimantap here recently. Addressing the drivers, N.R. Traffic Sub-Inspector Siddesh explained traffic rules and regulations and said that passenger safety should be a top priority for drivers and conductors.

Stressing on the need for safe driving and following of traffic rules and regulations,  Siddesh educated them on the do’s and dont’s during travel, boarding and alighting of passengers, etc.,

He further said that drivers must concentrate on accident-free driving and at the same time be courteous to passengers and members of the public. KSRTC Mysuru Rural Divisional Controller Srinivas,  DTO Geetha, Labour Welfare Officer Vedavathi and others were present.
