Mysore/Mysuru: The inauguration and Installation Ceremony of Rotaract Club of Maharaja Institute of Technology Mysore (MITM) was held at the Seminar Hall, DOMS, MITM. It was sponsored by the Rotary Club of Mysore South East (RMSE).
To start this Rotaract Club of MITM, Dr. S. Murali, President, Maharaja Education Trust / Head, Department of MBA, has supported and encouraged the students and staff.
The MBA 1st semester students were selected for Board of Directors, were honoured with badges and oath was administered. Also, all MBA students and staff took oath as Members of the Club.

In the inaugural address, Installing Officer Rtn. Phf Mohan, President, Rotary Mysore South East, said Rotaract Club is bringing together people aged 18 and older to exchange ideas with leaders in the community and develop leadership and professional skills. This helps young minds to enhance their competencies by involving themselves in service activities.
Dr. B.G. Naresh Kumar, Principal, MITM, was the chief guest. DRR Rtr. R.K. Nikhil launched the logo of Rotaract Club of MITM. RMSE Secretary Rtn. Phf Muralidhar, District Rotaract Treasurer Rtr. Jaswindar, RMSE President Rtr. Mahesh and Staff Co-ordinator Assistant Professor Dr. Shivkumar were present. Rtn. Raj Bhat, Youth Service Director, Rotary Mysore South East, was the Master of Ceremony. Rtr. M. Bhavana, 1st year MBA student, rendered the invocation.
