Mysore/Mysuru: Rotary Ivory City has inducted two distinguished citizens of Mysuru city —  Dr. S. N.  Mothi and Dr. Vijaya Srinivas — as its Honorary Members recently during the installation ceremony of Rtn. Iftekhar Ahmed as Club President.

Dr. Mothi, a well-known Paediatrician, is the Founder-Chairman of Asha Kirana Charitable Trust. He is the Governing Council member of AIDS Society of India and conducts the weekly HIV Clinic. He is the Co-Founder of Putta Hejje, an early intervention programme for children with developmental issues.

Dr. Vijaya Srinivas is a Family Physician with Obstetric and Gynaecology knowledge with 30 years of experience. She is a Lady Medical Officer in Family Planning Association of India, Mysuru. During covid period, she was offering Telehealth service to needy people in and around Mysuru along with awareness for preventing Covid-19.
