May 20, 2018

Mysuru: Demanding implementation of the recommendations of the Seventh Pay Commission, rural Postal employees, under the banner of All India Gramin Dak Sevaks Union (AIGDSU), will stage an indefinite stir from May 22.

Accusing the Central Government of ignoring the just demands of Dak Sevaks who toil hard covering nearly 15 villages a day travelling over 50 kms, they also sought the implementation of Kamalesh Chandra Commission Report, which has been sent to the Union Cabinet.
