Sagging power cable posing danger

July 17, 2021

Sir,

This is to draw the attention of CESC officials to a sagging power cable in front of Chinmaya Vidyalaya in Jayalakshmipuram.

A power cable has been drawn from the electric pole in front of the school to our home. Every time it rains or tree branches are chopped, the cable sags. This can be dangerous when loaded trucks or buses ply on this road.

Recently, an internet cable got snapped when a tanker went down the road. Since this is a school zone, I request the officials at CESC to kindly consider this matter as urgent and fix the cable to avert any major mishap.
