‘Karnataka Kalashree’ Dr. K. Kumar, Professor and Head, Department of Dance, University College of Fine Arts, University of Mysore, Manasagangothri, Mysuru, was conferred with the National Award ‘Samskritika Sarathi’ at the ‘Nritya Saptaha,’ a National-level Dance Festival conducted by Natyantaranga, Sagara, from Nov. 27 to Dec. 3 at Natyantaranga auditorium in Sagara.
