Kalaburagi: Former Chief Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy (HDK) has expressed doubts that Santro Ravi, who was arrested in Gujarat on Friday, may have had hatched a plan to fly abroad from Gujarat.

Addressing media persons, Kumaraswamy posed a series of queries — how could he cross Karnataka border? Who let him away and is it possible at this juncture?

“Mostly Home Minister himself accompanied to save him (Santro Ravi),” alleged HDK.
